A unique community for Mattamy in the United States. Rhythm was the first U.S. development to include multiple building types – towns and detached product to condos.
The visual identity created reflected this diversity by varying the height of the sound bars. Colour was used for vibrancy and energy and again helps enforce the idea of diversity.
