RiverTown is Mattamy’s largest master-planned community to date and will be home to over 15,000 residents.
Leveraging the active lifestyle of the community diagonal lines were used to represent energy and movement and helped to illustrate the intersection between the surrounding conservation areas and the world class amenities. The pier image became the focal point of the “Feel at Home on the River” theme and helped communicate the communities proximity to the water, which is unique to RiverTown and sets it apart from all of its competitors. The campaign consisted of sale centre design, brochure, collateral material, outdoor and print along with video, interactive displays and various social.
